1. Overview
Kiober Food POS (“Software”) is developed by Kiober (“we”, “us”). Payments for the Software are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and legal seller. By installing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
2. License & Trial
The Software is licensed, not sold. Each purchase grants a non-transferable license for one device for a fixed annual period. There are no automatic renewals.
A free trial or beta version may be available to evaluate the Software before purchase.
3. Payments
All payments are one-time payments processed by Paddle. Prices and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. There are no recurring or subscription-based charges.
4. Refunds
All purchases are final. No refunds or partial refunds are provided after payment, except where required by applicable law. Refund processing, where legally required, is handled solely by Paddle.
5. Data
The Software stores operational data locally. Minimal technical identifiers (such as a product or installation ID) may be transmitted to our servers solely for licensing and validation purposes.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or use the Software on multiple devices under a single license.
7. Disclaimers
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
